Account Closure/Deletion Requests

For account closure requests, you have the option to completely erase your account progress. If you wish to do so, please get in touch with us at accountsupport@beachboxgames.com.

In the body of the email, please provide:

a) Your Player ID

b) How many GEMS you currently have in your game

c) Device Type & Model

d) Your reason for account deletion

Keep in mind that once the data is deleted, there is no way to recover the progress, and we can no longer transfer anything from one account to another.
